James Stiglet
Co-Owner | Director of Operations

James Stiglet is a lifelong resident of South Jones County and a veteran law enforcement professional with over two decades of service. He began his law enforcement career in 2000 after earning an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Jones College.

Mr. Stiglet started his career with the Forrest County Sheriff’s Office in Corrections before joining the Laurel Police Department, where he graduated from the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers Training Academy (MLEOTA) in 2004.

In 2008, Mr. Stiglet joined the Jones County Sheriff’s Department, where he served in multiple roles including K-9 Handler, Shift Supervisor (Sergeant), and Narcotics Investigator Sergeant. His investigative experience was further expanded through service as a Contract Agent with the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics from 2016 to 2021.

In 2019, Mr. Stiglet accepted a leadership position with the Covington County Sheriff’s Office, serving as a Lieutenant over Narcotics while also assisting with criminal investigations. He returned to the Jones County Sheriff’s Department in 2021 and is currently employed by the Lamar County Sheriff’s Department.

Throughout his career, Mr. Stiglet has completed extensive training in all aspects of law enforcement, including specialized coursework at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia.

As Director of Operations, Mr. Stiglet oversees officer deployment, operational planning, training standards, and day-to-day security operations for Eagle Eye Investigation & Security.

Jared Lindsey
Co-Owner | Director of Management

Jared Lindsey is a lifelong resident of Northeast Jones County with a distinguished background in law enforcement leadership, investigations, and organizational management.

Mr. Lindsey earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Jones College, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Southern Mississippi, graduating with highest honors. He later earned a Master of Business Administration from William Carey University, also graduating with highest honors.

Mr. Lindsey began his law enforcement career with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department as a Correctional Officer before joining the Laurel Police Department, where he graduated from MLEOTA in 2006. In 2008, he joined the Jones County Sheriff’s Department, serving in Patrol, as a K-9 Officer, Patrol Supervisor, and Narcotics Investigator until 2023.

From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Lindsey was assigned as a member of a DEA Federal Task Force, gaining experience in complex investigations and interagency operations. In 2023, he transitioned to the Mississippi Department of Public Safety, serving with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.

Mr. Lindsey has completed advanced training through FLETC and Quantico, Virginia, and possesses specialized training and experience in executive protection.

As Director of Management, Mr. Lindsey oversees organizational strategy, compliance, personnel standards, client relations, and administrative operations for Eagle Eye Investigation & Security.
